INTERNSHIP PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Our interns receive training on fundamental skills a Financial Analyst will need with the end goal of preparing them to enter the workforce with an advantage over other candidates.

Phase 1:
Learning the Game

MONTH

  • IB Logic Framework (Week 1)
  • Financial Statement Analysis       (Week 1)
  • Valuation Methods (Week 2)
  • Presentation Skills (Week 2)
  • Research Skills (Week 3)
  • Summarize IB Logic Framework, Financial Statement Analysis, Valuation Methods, Presentation Skills, Research Skills (Week 4)
Phase 2:
Deal Assignments

MONTH

  • Analysts will be tasked to assist and provide support roles in active deals and origination deals.
  • Roles will include all areas learned during Phase 1.
Phase 3:
Full Execution

MONTH

  • Analysts are expected to be able to perform without full guidance.
  • Improving Interns’ Resume.
FINAL OUTCOME
PERIOD
  • Interns learn basic skills needed as a Financial Analyst.
  • Interns learn how to operate in the "Finance Theater".
  • Interns are expose to real working envi ronment and contribute to real active and origination deals.
  • Interns have a “beefed up” resume and are ready to join PRIMESTREET GROUP as a full time Analyst (if preferred).
