PrimeStreet Consuling developed a key strategic plan along with a 5-year road map for SCG to achieve their set revenue target within 5 years. As part of the plan, our team conducted market analysis using primary and secondary information to determine market conditions to identify and model the financial impact of each opportunities. We also supported SCG in the implementation of selected initiatives in the PMO stage.
