PrimeStreet Consulting crafted a 20-year strategic plan along with a detailed action plan for the State Railway of Thailand. The team analyzed strategic plans, gathered primary information from internal input and interviews, as well as incorporate secondary information into the development of the 20-years strategy. We also assisted the State Railway of Thailand on the setup of a subsidiary for their operations.
