BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG), is among Asia-Pacific’s leading companies in renewable energy with solar power, hydropower, wind power and geothermal power businesses in Thailand, Japan, Laos, the Philippines and Indonesia.PrimeStreet Advisory advised BCPG on their acquisition of 3 geothermal power plants (2 of 3 previously operated by Chevron) from an Indonesian conglomerate, adding approximately 20% of 995MW net capacity to BCPG. PrimeStreet Advisory’s key roles include, but were not limited to deal sourcing, due diliigence, financial modelling, valuation, investment structuring, negotiations, and secured Board approvals for the transaction.
