PrimeStreet Advisory advised PT Chandra Daya Investasi (CDI), the infrastructure investment platform of Chandra Asri Group, in securing a US$194 million investment in 2023 and a US$95 million follow-on investment in 2025 from EGCO Group. The transaction marks a significant milestone in CDI’s growth journey, enabling the company to accelerate its focus on sustainable development and the delivery of environmentally responsible infrastructure across Southeast Asia.
In July 2025, CDI officially listed its shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The company successfully raised approximately USD 140 million at an offering price of IDR 190 per share, with the share price subsequently increasing tenfold within 20 days post IPO.
