PrimeStreet Advisory identified opportunities and developed the strategic plan for Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction PLC (STEC) to reach its target market capitalization, and later provided financial advisory service to STEC in the business restructuring transaction to form a new holding company, Stecon Group PLC, to expand the group into (i) utilities and power business, (ii) logistics and transportation business, and (iii) high growth business to ensure future recurring revenue and to enhance risk management.
